We have a king size Marriott foam bed, love it. Saw this same mattress at a local bed store for $350. Got it here for way less and FREE shipping too!! My son raves about it. Great product FINALLY!, February 14, 2012 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Spirit Sleep Simplicity Theratouch 8-Inch Memory Foam King Mattress (Kitchen) We opened the mattress and rolled it out as soon as it arrived. It was about 4 inches thick. The instructions says you should allow up to 72 hours for it to decompress to the full 8 inches. After two days it had only gotten to 5 inches. After 72 hours it was still at 5 inches.
First, we requested a replacement mattress from Amazon electronically. Amazon immediately placed a new order for another mattress and order UPS to pick up the old one. The only problem was that there was no way to roll the mattress back up and place it in it's original packaging. So we had a problem of how to get it prepared for UPS.
Then, we decided to contact Spirit Sleep through their website. A customer service representative immediately responded and asked for us to take a picture of the mattress with a tape measure showing the actual decompressed thickness. We had to send her the pictures along with our receipt from Amazon and they shipped us a new mattress the same day which we... Read more

It took a little over two days for the mattresses to expand completely. Couldn't wait to sleep on them and we were not disappointed. Incredibly comfortable. Definitely glad that we got them.
